Our therapists offer counseling for those who want to improve their lives, alleviate anxiety or depression, & build positive relationships. We provide a warm space where we can discuss your situation and develop a plan that allows you to feel some relief from your current circumstances. We encourage clients by providing practical tools in the first session that can help with stress, depression, anxiety, & conflict. We will work together on a plan to help you in your everyday life. We have three therapists who specialize in couples counseling -- specifically conflict managements, communication skills, and affair recovery. We offer longer sessions for couples allowing for more time to process & resolve major issues when in a crisis. You will leave the first session with communication tools to help right away!
We have an in house Registered Play Therapist with over 20 years of experience who specializes in working with children, teenagers, and their families. She is also a trauma certified provider who is able to provide calm in times of uncertainty. An absolute must for parents! You won't regret seeking therapy at Counseling and Wellness of Heath!
