I am a licensed clinical psychologist who offers professional yet warm and caring help to those struggling with life's challenges. I have devoted my clinical work to assisting adult individuals with a broad spectrum of concerns. Specifically, I enjoy working with individuals in the following areas: depression and anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, low self-esteem, communication and relationship concerns.

Dr. Donna works with children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Donna has worked in a variety of settings with a range of issues including school/social issues, anxiety, depression, and behavior disorders. Her goal is to fully comprehend the complete person and then choose a therapy style that works best for them, whether it be WDEP, DBT, CBT, etc. Donna truly believes in working with younger people to develop a healthy state of mind while the frontal lobe is still formative. In some ways, the decision you’re about to make is the hardest part of this process. Choosing the right therapist and “type of therapy” can be confusing. That’s why I’d like to explain a little about my training and my approach to make your choice a little easier. My training taught me that by knowing what to listen for, I can connect your symptoms to your past life experiences. Once we start to do that, I will help you identify the reasons those experiences were hard to resolve. When something is hard to resolve, we tend to avoid it, which is why our mind then tells us that something still feels unresolved by producing symptoms.
