As a forensic psychology counselor with vast experience, I am committed to creating a safe and empathetic environment for those involved in the justice system. I aim to help my clients address their concerns and achieve their objectives. I work closely with court-mandated clients and use my expertise to guide them through anger management, domestic violence, and court-appointed concerns.

My philosophy to treatment is to "test first so there are no questions later!" Often, what seems to be one problem is really something else entirely. This diagnostic clarity is accomplished by administering a battery of tests personalized to your unique presentation. By identifying specific areas in need of intervention, the rate of recovery increases and much more targeted treatments can be implemented.

I am passionate and knowledgeable working with those addicted to a variety of substances, including alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and prescription medications. I also help heal the relationships impacted by the substance abuse. I am well-versed in support groups as well as other recovery and spiritual programs supporting recovery. I understand the challenging dynamics of recovery and can help through that journey. I utilize an empathetic, solution-focused approach to working with my clients, and striving to match my clinical style to the needs of you the client, resulting in a unique relationship.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I view my role as guiding individuals along a journey of self-discovery and growth. I assist people in gaining insight into their issues and finding solutions to their problems by providing direction, encouragement, support, and hope. In order for positive changes to occur, a person must begin to modify his or her dysfunctional thinking patterns and unhealthy behaviors.
