Hi! My name is Huda and I am based in Minneapolis, MN. I offer both Telehealth and in-person services. I am passionate about working with teenagers and adults who are navigating growth and change in their lives. My goal is to provide a respectful, genuine, safe, and accepting space in order to establish a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe the client is the expert in their life’s story. I am honored and excited  to partner together in order to create a space to slow down, explore, challenge, and move to a space of balance.

Sonia received her Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Sonia enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents. She has extensive experience working with children and families that have been affected by trauma, domestic violence and immigration issues. Sonia considers herself bicultural and bilingual as has several years of experience working in the Latino community and is fluent in Spanish. In therapy Sonia utilizes a holistic and strength based approach to therapy, incorporating mind, body and soul care.

Hannah Baker is a Licensed Social Worker in Wisconsin. She has a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and three years of Case Management experience. Hannah believes in Person-Centered Training, and has experience in ADHD, anxiety, depression, childhood behavior issues, post-partum depression/anxiety, Autism, developmental disabilities, PTSD/trauma, woman's issues, and school avoidance. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys golf, playing with her 19-month-old, and wedding planning.
