I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families and tap into their inner wisdom in order to deal with the challenges they are facing in their relationships. I work with people who have experienced trauma, are anxious, depressed, and/or overwhelmed. In addition, I work with people who struggle to focus, learn, manage their anger, and/or have difficulty getting along with others. I treat all clients with dignity and respect. You are whole and capable. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

Positive Discipline is based on the belief that all human beings have the basic need to belong and feel significant and that all behavior has a purpose and function. This way of parenting is very different than the typical thoughts on parenting and discipline. It is empowering for both the parent and the child. It treats the child and the parent respectfully and with dignity. The concepts and tools are simple, but it is not EASY. And it is worth the effort!
