One of my specialties involves the administration and use of psychological, psychoeducation, and neurocognitive assessments to produce a collaborative and targeted treatment approach. My areas of focus include ADHD, learning disorders, trauma, emotional/behavioral disorders, BPD, OCD, depression, & anxiety. I am also formally trained in DBT, EMDR and ExRP.
I believe a tailored intervention that matches the client is best. As such, I match Evidence-Based treatments to the individual. In addition, as a Military Veteran of 18 years, I am attuned to the unique experiences, difficulties, and struggles that affect this population and their loved ones.
