As a systemic couples, individual and family counselor, my interactive treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to assist clients as we resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. You will be encouraged, challenged, and taught skills that will help you implement healthy strategies, stop problematic patterns and behaviors so that you can be a better version of you.

Parenting is hard and doesn't come with an instruction book. As a therapist trained to work with children and families, I help parents whose children are struggling with challenges related to behavioral and emotional concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, peer and school difficulties and adjustment issues. I can help you understand and manage your child's behavior, explore ways to feel more emotionally connected with them, and improve your relationship. Let me help you connect with your child so that you can build and strengthen your relationship in order to work through any challenges you might be facing.

I enjoy working with people on all kinds of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma-related issues, and more. I have lots of experience working with children and youth who have a trauma history as well as children and youth who have problem sexual behaviors. I also really enjoy working with families and couples who are experiencing various forms of conflict. If your goal is to try to work through these and other types of conflicts, I would love to work with you!
