I enjoy working with people on all kinds of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma-related issues, and more. I have lots of experience working with children and youth who have a trauma history as well as children and youth who have problem sexual behaviors. I also really enjoy working with families and couples who are experiencing various forms of conflict. My approach is a combination of maintaining a solution focused mindset and utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques to assist individuals with making progress toward their goals. Therapy is a partnership. I am here to help you with whatever concerns you have. I will treat you with respect, compassion, and carry an open mind as we work on your goals.
