I can help you deal with past hurts and manage current issues. I operate from a collaborative, strengths-based approach. I strive to treat each person with dignity and respect. While I am not a certified substance abuse provider, I have experience in treating substance abuse issues.

We are a group of professional therapists that have a deep passion for helping others discover who they truly are, overcome emotional difficulties, recover from substance abuse, learn to live fully and enjoy their lives. Our love of family and community drives us to help others reconnect. Our belief is that a family is a system and when one person is in crisis, the whole family is in crisis. Our goal is to help each member of the family understand the problems and become part of the solution that brings their family back together.

I view therapy as a collaborative process to help a client grow, see the changes they want to see, and accomplish the goals they have set for themselves. I strive to ensure that each client feels that my office is safe and a comforting space in which they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe everyone should have a choice in who they have as a therapist, and that the therapeutic relationship is essential for any change to occur. The most common form of suffering I see in people is when they no longer trust themselves. If you are struggling with habits that are harmful; whether it be drug or alcohol addiction, eating or spending money in harmful ways, there is hope that you can trust yourself again. Suffering comes in many forms, but for all in pain there is a way to heal and to feel safe again. My job is to help you find that.
