I enjoy working with individuals to help them find tools to heal. I closely work with those managing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. With couples, I enjoy finding the source of conflict or differences and aid them to communicate needs in an effective way to increase emotional intimacy.
I am an advocate for mental health in Latinx communities since I know the need of recognizing the importance of mental health. I also wish to spread this same awareness for the mental health needs of many underrepresented populations. I wish to be on this journey with you and let you know that you are indeed not alone.
