It's painful to see my child upset. I can see that something is wrong, but don't even know where to start. I want to fix it, but I'm feeling lost, anxious, and don't know what to do. These are examples of life events that can cause turmoil, fears and feelings of being "stuck" and can be helped with EMDR. This evidence-based approach can help you minimize the physiological/emotional reactivity to these childhood and/or present events.
