I work with people facing overwhelming and deeply personal life transitions—divorce, remarriage, blended family and parenting struggles, grief after death or suicide, and the profound stress of caring for someone with severe mental or chronic illness. I also support clients navigating the fear, pressure, and uncertainty of immigration cases by providing compassionate, thorough mental health immigration evaluations. Finding a therapist is incredibly hard, and you deserve someone who listens without judgment, understands your story, and offers a safe, steady place to talk, heal, and feel genuinely supported.

I help people find new ways to cope with their struggles. I believe the most powerful agent for change is the relationship between the client and the therapist. I offer a relaxed space where clients feel safe to talk about anything. I utilize a combination of training, experience, theory, and authenticity to help people find healthier ways to cope and think.
