Many people are faced with various mental health challenges and are seeking solutions for the here-and-now. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, or other spiritual warfare can be the biggest culprits. Many times, those problems stem from incidents from our past. Too often, our feelings confuse us, so we bury them. Sometimes we feel isolated and uneasy with other people, especially authority figures. As we try to please others to compensate, we lose our own identities in the process. Afraid of abandonment, we engage in unhealthy relationships. Finally, as we neglect ourselves, our work and family relationships also suffer.
