I enjoy working with people who are often considered outsiders, those challenge the established norms of our society, in their pursuit of a more holistic future for themselves and our world. This includes activists, educators, artists, fellow mental health professionals, writers, musicians, and those who live in ways unique to themselves. A throughline of my work revolves around the realm of disabilities, many of which remain unrecognized by others. I believe that disability advocacy requires working through issues of power, autonomy, social inequality, and environment.
Expanding upon this perspective, my therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in systems thinking, recognizing the interplay of all aspects of existence. It starts within the individual's internal system, extending into interpersonal relationships, families, societal structures, and the vast tapestry of nature.
I hold a deep respect for each individual's unique journey, acknowledging that you are the expert of your own life. My role is to reflect and reframe this expertise in a way that empowers you in your life's path, toward healing, wholeness, and authenticity.
