I am a psychotherapist, who specializes in working with adults, children and adolescents who suffer from mood disorders, trauma, and disruptive behavioral disorders. I also work with young/older adults struggling with marital issues, grief & loss or life transitions. I strive to help clients realize and actualize their strengths in their life, marriage, home environments and in their relationships. We want to welcome clients who might be new to therapy but have struggled for a long time with depression, anxiety, family conflict or other mental health issues. You might have avoided therapy because of stigma or misconceptions. You feel overwhelmed at times and feel that now is the time to seek help. My background providing behavioral health services in schools, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, psychological services clinics, and outpatient mental health centers allows me to connect to clients with a variety of mental health needs.
