As a male therapist in the Stroudsburg and adjacent communities, I assist individuals with addressing the many challenges that persist in our environment, and that promote unexpected, overwhelming stress. I focus particularly on human behavior and the elements that we can control, to the extent that it allows the individual in need to hopefully reap the benefits of living a rewarding and fulfilling life. Historically, men are very resistant toward the counseling experience. I allay their anxiety by providing a friendly, non-judgmental setting for candid dialogue during the process. My practice is devoted to improving social relationships through healthy interventions at all times.

First off, thank you for taking the time to read my profile. In my time as a counselor/therapist I have found that the process of selecting a therapist is at best awkward, and at worst terrifying. People simply don’t wake-up feeling upset one day and think, “Wow, I feel yucky, I think I will talk to a therapist.” More often than not a therapist is considered as a last resort, or after coming to a conclusion of, “I don’t know what else to do.”
