Reaching out to a therapist often comes after doing your best on your own and sensing it’s time for something different. My work focuses on the stories families carry and the ways trauma can echo across generations. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Structural Dissociation Theory to help you understand how past experiences shape present‑day responses. These approaches honor the protective strategies you’ve developed while creating space for new possibilities.
Because families are living systems, I also use Structural Family Therapy to explore interactional patterns and strengthen relationships.
When helpful, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to build practical skills for navigating thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in daily life.
Across all of these modalities, my approach remains grounded in curiosity and compassion. I aim to create a space where you can explore long standing patterns and decide which ones still belong in your life.
