I cater my person-centered therapeutic approach to fit each individual's unique needs, incorporating a combination of verbal psychotherapy, creative arts therapy, and mindfulness into sessions. My therapeutic approaches are derived from multiple theories, educational influences and life experiences.
We all have a natural resiliency, but sometimes need external support to feel empowered in order to navigate life's transitions and adjustment. Healing is a gradual process, controlled by the client, resulting in an experienced transformation witnessed by the therapist.
