My work focuses on building a stronger sense of self in a supportive and empathic environment where it feels safe to explore and challenge ways of thinking that have led to road blocks and unwanted emotional distress.
My masters at Columbia, doctorate at Adelphi and post-doctoral training at New York Psychoanalytic, has deepened my understanding of how to help patients manage their feelings and develop new ways of coping with the difficulties and challenges that they face.
