She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware, and later earned her Masters of Social Work from Monmouth University. With extensive experience in clinical practice, working with individuals, groups and couples, Rachel is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a varied spectrum of patients. She believes the success in therapy develops from a good balance between the patient and therapist as well as the individualized treatment approach.

Rachel Constance is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping to empower adolescents, adults and senior citizens to find their voice and overcome the debilitating effects of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and major life transitions. Rachel Constance completed her Master's degree in Counseling and Development in 1995 from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York where she learned and about the social/emotional needs of each age group.

Change is a difficult yet rewarding process to engage in. I enjoy working with children and families, as well as adolescents and adults on a variety of stressors and issues. I have worked with children ages 13 and up who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, family conflict, reunification therapy and academic difficulties. I promote change through solution focused, family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy. I hope to create a comfortable and nuturing environment for my clients with a feeling of safety throughout their journey.
