Hello! I am an interactive therapist, offering understanding, insight, feedback and strategies. I am also a solid listener and a non-judgmental sounding board. My goal is to help you to decrease stress and anxiety, instill confidence and self-esteem, and increase joy and peace in your relationships, career, and all areas of life. I teach tools and strategies that you can continue to use long after we have completed working together. I often use humor in session so that you can leave therapy feeling lighter. Together we will work as a team to manage and resolve the issues that impact you. Your therapy takes the path that you need.

While counseling is the primary service I offer, biofeedback and pranic healing services are also available. Biofeedback teaches mind-body techniques that decrease anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, sleep issues, and improves focus, concentration and self-control of your body while using equipment that shows how your body reacts to stress.

Pranic Healing is an energy modality that heals physical, mental, and emotional issues. The healer uses no-touch energy techniques to cleanse, energize and balance your chakras and energy bodies.
