I have specialized trainings and experience working with grief and maternal mental health. I also have extensive experience working with adolescents, families and adults. I work with my clients to develop an individualized treatment plan. I primarily utilize a client centered approach, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
