Currently building a waitlist with openings expected in late May. As a therapist, I value the pursuit of both acceptance and change. I believe we can all benefit from developing greater self-compassion, and learning new strategies that can help us grow. I aim to support people to feel empowered in their relationships with themselves and others so that they can navigate life with greater confidence. In our work together, I will support you in reaching your personal and interpersonal goals by providing a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to process your experience and develop concrete skills.

Each person experiences mental distress uniquely. My aim is to partner with my client to ensure their safety in our shared space, create a bond of trust, and then dive into problems and solutions. Whether one experiences identity- or event-based problems and whether those are caused by individual development or social conditions, I strongly believe in the innate ability of trusting partnerships to overcome the troubles in our lives. If I'm not the right therapist for a person, I will work hard to keep them safe until they decide how to move forward.

I have a background working with LGBTQ+ folks, clients who are insecurely housed, and clients with mood and anxiety disorders. My focus is on work with clients facing ADHD, identity development issues, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I focus on balancing things we need to change in our lives with things we need to accept, and I incorporate teaching concrete skills into all my work.
