In our work together, I will support you in reaching your goals by providing a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to process your experience and develop concrete skills. Over time, you'll improve your relationships with yourself and others and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and skillfulness.
I have experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, relationship issues, and trauma. I have experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), feminist therapy, and non-violent communication. I am a Clinical Associate at Meridian DBT, and I received my MS from the University of Vermont in August 2023.
