As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADC) I provide neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed outpatient therapy for adults with mental health and substance use issues. I have experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and severe and persistent mental illness.
In my practice I enjoy working with people who present with a wide variety of concerns, including relationship issues, substance use issues, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, and those who present with challenges related to being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.
I believe the therapeutic relationship has the ability to heal and help people meet their personal and professional goals. Sometimes this takes identifying how our thoughts and behaviors, and past experiences might be getting in the way. Once we identify these obstacles we can work to overcome them and start creating the life we want for ourselves.
