I'm excited to help individuals and families enjoy their lives more either by improving relationships, better managing their stage of life tasks, and also while dealing with difficult problems including Relationship/ Marital issues, Family Conflicts, Affairs, Sex addiction, Co-parenting, "Growing Up" issues, Adjusting to Divorce, Gay & Lesbian & Gender (Transgender) issues, Substance Abuse, Grief, Violence and Anger Management including Probation & Diversion involvement.

I believe that in order to achieve a sense of overall well-being and balance, both our mind and body must be healthy and supported. Depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, illness and eating disorders are all things that can be a part of the human condition. Any of these disorders can become uncomfortable and overwhelming, making it difficult or impossible to achieve balance in the mind and body. I am here to help you.

People come to me looking for a better life experience. I believe that we all have inside of us the knowledge we need to meet all our needs, but sometimes accessing that knowledge can be a challenge. Often we repeat self defeating behaviors we have learned that once helped us cope with fears and anxiety, but are no longer working. I have helped many people identify behaviors and beliefs that stand between them and their dreams. I provide both traditional and equine psychotherapy on a small farm in Kensington NH. My farm provides a peaceful non traditional setting. With the Equine facilitated treatment, I co-facilitate sessions with my two horses and two donkeys and a therapy dog. I treat individuals, couples, families and groups . I am a warm and compassionate person who tailors your treatment to your needs and goals. It is my belief most of my clients are unrecognized heroes and I am honored and grateful to be a part of their journeys of healing, growth and change.
