About
It takes courage to seek help and a commitment to enter therapy. Congratulations for taking the first step and looking for a therapist. Adjustments in life can be difficult and it helps to have support while developing strategies to manage personal challenges, depression, anxiety or loss. I have been honored over the past 20 years to help people navigate through life's transitions, gain a deeper understanding of themselves and achieve their goals.
I have worked as a clinical social worker with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings. I believe that mental health and physical health are connected. Having worked in a hospital prior to and during the current pandemic, I've seen the power of the mind/body connection and the importance of healthy coping skills and non-judgmental support.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with you by phone to discuss your goals and briefly get to know one another. You may then decide if my services would be of value to you at this time. I am currently accepting new clients and offering both in-person and tele-health sessions including evenings and weekends.
