Congratulations for taking the first step and looking for a therapist. It takes courage to seek help and a commitment to enter therapy. Adjustments in life can be difficult and it helps to have support while developing strategies to manage personal challenges. I have been honored over the past 20 years to help people manage anxiety, depression, process loss and navigate through life's transitions in order gain a deeper understanding of themselves and achieve their goals.
I have worked as a clinical social worker with adults and adolescents in a variety of setting including a medical hospital and outpatient settings. I believe that mental health and physical health are connected. I've seen the power of the mind/body connection and the importance of coping skills and non-judgmental support.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with you by phone to discuss your goals and briefly get to know one another and offer free 15-minute phone consultation. I am currently accepting new clients and offering both in-person and tele-health sessions. I accept most insurances and Medicare. At this time I have no evening or weekend availability.
