Hello! My name is Megan Craig and I am a licensed mental health counselor currently serving clients via telehealth in Massachusetts. I offer a strengths-based approach consisting of compassion, empathy, and humor to help clients achieve growth that is genuine and sustainable.

I work with my clients to create a safe and collaborative environment where they feel listened to and supported. My approach is solution oriented and client centered with a focus on helping individuals and families set effective boundaries, learn helpful skills and implement healthy changes to move towards their goals. I've received specialized training in a variety of therapeutic models and will work with my clients to determine the best course of action and treatment plan that is right for them.

I have over 12 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families on ADHD and many other issues. I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, anxiety and depression, services I provided for 9.5 years at the internationally recognized ADHD clinic, the Hallowell Center. I provide parent coaching for managing children, adolescents and young adults in the course of our busy lives. I work hard to find pragmatic solutions that meet the individual needs of my clients.

Since even prior to the Pandemic, it seems life has become much more stressful for children, adolescents and adults but mental health awareness has improved.
