Since even prior to the Pandemic, it seems life has become much more stressful for children, adolescents and adults but mental health awareness has improved. If you or your child are struggling with anxiety/social anxiety, AD(H)D, OCD, depression, significant loss/bereavement, have experienced trauma, feeling pressure to be perfect, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or in general feeling you've lost perspective of where you want to or are supposed to be at this point in your life, I would like to be of assistance. I have been successfully treating all of these conditions and more.
I work with children ages 5+, adolescents and adults/couples. My specialty is adult & child AD(H)D and Bereavement/Loss as well as extensive experience treating many other areas of mental health. I do not directly treat substance abuse or eating disorders. I provide evidenced/skills based, compassionate, client centered, collaborative treatment.
I prefer to work with children and adolescents In Person. I offer mostly in person sessions to my clients but do have availability late morning/early afternoon for HIPPA compliant telehealth sessions.
