I help people of all ages gain the tools that they need to move forward in their lives. I am an Art Therapist and licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience helping people.
Art therapy is a mental health field grounded in the idea that art making can foster healing and mental well-being. Using art therapy can open a path forward to a calmer and more fulfilling life. You don't have to be an artist to benefit from it. I use art therapy and talk therapy when working with clients.
