Before beginning his career as a Nurse Practitioner, Nick worked for 8+ years in inpatient Adult Medical and Acute Psychiatry at VCU. His profession as a psychiatric nurse has taught him to see people as they are, and to avoid labeling individuals based on their mental illness.
