I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience managing and treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, school-related issues, and sleep/insomnia. I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health care to adults. As a PMHNP, my role encompasses being an educator, mental health advocate, therapist, and medication manager. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from The University of Toledo.
I bring strong clinical skills and a natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. In addition to medication management, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), culturally sensitive care, emotionally-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered techniques (PCT) into treatment.
