Hello! My name is Sarah Koberlein, and I am an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2020. I specialize in providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and support to individuals ages 12 years and older with a focus on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders, including those with co-morbid medical issues. My nursing journey began in various intensive care units, where I realized that mental health is often overlooked and undervalued. My passion is to bring mental health to the forefront and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

Scott Baymiller, M. D, is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in the field of medication management for the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. "š He graduated medical school at the University of Tennessee and completed his residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He has been on faculty at multiple universities and has worked in inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and community mental health settings. He has also served as medical director of multiple psychiatric hospitals.

I have more than a decade of experience in evaluating and treating patients across the lifespan, but I have special expertise in the pediatric and young-adult populations (ages 4-30). My practice focus includes anxiety, depression, impulse control disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

I work with adults struggling with a wide range of issues by providing assessment and medication management. I serve as the Managing Partner at Knoxville Family Psychiatry and and provide mentoring and guidance to the other nurse practitioners in the practice and how best to serve their patients. In my own practice, I love working with people who are highly motivated and take great joy when they have the opportunity to experience positive change in their lives.

Dr. Suzanne Winzenburg is a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee. She has been in nursing since 1991 and has practiced as an advanced practice nurse since 2011. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana, a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University, and a Post-Master Certificate, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from King University. Dr. Winzenburg is an Associate Professor of Nursing at King University in the graduate nursing program.

Karla Carroll is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee. She has a Masters in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. Karla has experience with interventional psych in major depressive disorder, personality disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, ODD, DMDD, and substance use disorders. Outside of work, Karla enjoys walking with her two dachshunds, working out, and baking cakes.

Amber Redfield is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in Tennessee. She obtained her BSN from Tennessee Wesleyan College and her MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at the University of Tennessee. Amber has been working in mental health nursing since 2007 in inpatient and outpatient community mental health and since May 2018, as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in community outpatient. She additionally has experience as a nurse practitioner in addiction, working in detox since 2020. Amber is certified to treat people over the lifespan.

Edelyn is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner receiving her post-masters PMHNP graduate degree from the University of Tennessee in 2021. She received her Bachelor degree in nursing in 1988 from the University of Connecticut, and has had an over 34 year nursing career in various areas of Psychiatric Nursing including inpatient, outpatient, partial programs, and 14 years of emergency room psychiatric crisis work.

Jennifer M. Thomas is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee who has been practicing since 2022. Jennifer believes her role as an PMHNP is to use her 22 years of nursing experience along with her higher education to assess patients for various mental health disorders and implement medications to help manage their symptoms. She feels it is important as a provider to make sure we have a great provider-client relationship that is based on trust, compassion, empathy, and no judgement regarding their mental health issues.

Tammy Ellington is an ANCC board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has worked in both private practice and community mental health settings, and has experience treating anxiety and panic disorders, depression, bipolar disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, OCD, prolonged grief, postpartum depression, anger and impulse control issues, conduct disorders, ODD, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, executive function deficits, sensory integration issues, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and co-occurring substance use.

I am a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Adult/Gero Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health. I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management and supportive psychotherapy for patients 13 years old and above, focusing on trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD and bipolar disorder. I have a special interest in survivors of sexual violence & first responders.

Resa Noe-Norman is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee who has been practicing since 2012. She has a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Resa offers her clients unconditional positive regard. Outside of work, Resa enjoys spending time with her animals, including 3 dogs, 7 bunnies and fish. She enjoys working out, dancing and gymnastics.

Melinda Kiser is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who works with all age groups to provide a psychiatric evaluation and medication management for mental health struggles. She earned a bachelor and master's degree from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville and then completed a post master's certificate for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at The Ohio State University. She has 40 years of experience in healthcare and over 8 years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the outpatient, day treatment, school, and residential settings.

Tonya McCarroll is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee who has been practicing since 2023. Tonya approaches each patient with empathy and active listening. She embraces patient-centered care by involving the patient in their care plan and respecting their autonomy. Tonya maintains clear communication and fosters a non-judgmental atmosphere. Outside of work, Tonya loves to watch movies and read mystery books. She also loves spending time with her family and her dogs!

I have been a nurse practitioner for about 15 years. I was a pediatric nurse practitioner for 12 years. I have been a psychiatric nurse practitioner for the last 3 years. I see clients of all ages. Noelle received her BSN from Tennessee Wesleyan University and MSN from Lincoln Memorial University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career working with the pediatric population gaining experience with a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders and family centered approach to patient care. After 7 years in the nursing field she decided to further pursue her education in the mental health field.

Down To Earth Services is actively accepting new clients for medication management ! Sometimes, no matter how independent we are, we need help. We have a passion for supporting people who are seeking help managing high stress, life changes, anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms through outpatient therapy sessions and medication management. We currently have five medication management providers in our practice: Adam Ballintoy, APRN, Susan Barner, APRN, Jennifer Phillips, APRN, Dr. Lisa Pullen, APRN, and Samuel Wood, APRN. We also offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy sessions.
