Hello! I’m Sarah Koberlein, an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide medication management and compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals ages 6 and older. My focus areas include perinatal mood disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychotic disorders, and treatment-resistant depression. My ICU nursing background in cardiovascular, trauma, and medical-surgical care shaped my commitment to treating the whole person and making mental health care accessible, collaborative, and stigma-free.
My treatment philosophy is holistic and inclusive. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where every individual feels heard, understood, and validated. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan designed to help you achieve your goals, foster resilience, and enhance your overall quality of life.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with my partner, daughter, friends, and my dog. I find nature to be deeply grounding. You’ll often find me hiking, traveling, or attending concerts. These experiences help me recharge and stay connected to what brings balance and joy—something I encourage my clients to find in their lives as well.
