I am a Nurse Practitioner board certified in Adult/Gero Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health. I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management and supportive psychotherapy for patients 16 years old and above, focusing on trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD and bipolar disorder. I have a special interest in survivors of sexual violence & first responders.

When we first start working together appointments are generally 2-4 weeks apart but will push out further once you feel better. My general philosophy of psychiatric care is holistic and focused on working collaboratively toward a shared goal. My goal in medication management is to use the fewest medications at the lowest effective dose.

My goal is to build a strong alliance between us so we can work together to get where you want to go. I take pride in my ability to listen deeply and create a safe space where people of all backgrounds feel seen and heard. I look forward to getting to know you!
