I have been working in the mental health field for over 5 years, and have experience in the in-patient, out-patient, and emergency room settings. I work with clients struggling with emotional disturbances and various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD.

There are so many reasons for seeking mental health treatment. In this work, I draw on my experience with Neuro Emotional Technique, Internal Family Systems therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, and Polyvagal-Informed meditation practices.
