About
We are currently only accepting new clients with referrals at this time. Our practice contains Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Therapists who provide comprehensive treatment plans for individuals age 5-85 for a wide range of mental health needs. Our specialties include substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar, self esteem concerns, obsessive compulsive disorders, eating disorders and post traumatic stress. We are providers of MAT: Suboxone, Sublocade and Vivitrol
Our practice has chosen to NOT prescribe benzodiazepines to our clients. Should this be a qualification of a prescriber for you, we can give you referrals for other practices.
We completely understand the hesitation to ask someone for help. It can be scary and uncomfortable to reach out. You will always be welcomed with compassion at Daya and we will work together to reach the goals that you feel is right for your life.
