We work with clients who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns such as job/career stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self esteem and many more. We manage care using both pharmacological and non-pharmacological / holistic intervention.

They could have a variety of diagnoses but the thing they have in common is they are willing to give the process time, are open to new ideas, and know there is no magic pill to fix all their problems. My patients want to get to the best version of themselves and are willing to try therapy as well as medications to help them reach that goal. I am a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner licensed and accepting new clients in NC, SC, NJ, and MD. My clinical background includes over 28 years of nursing experience in various medical platforms. I am an active Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing member. I work with the clients to develop an individualized, evidence-based care plan that prioritizes their goals. I strive to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space to help those struggling. When requested by my patients, I combine conventional medications with functional and integrative medicine approaches to address concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
