Steven Gatte I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about supporting my clients through challenges to experience healing and growth. I specialize in Psychiatry as well as addiction. I have a wide variety of experience within psychiatry including but not limited to bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD to name a few. I also have numerous years of experience in the field of addiction including but not limited to marijuana use, opioid use, cocaine use, alcohol use, methamphetamine use, benzodiazepine use disorders to name a few.

Hi! I have been in mental health care for almost 15 years in a variety of settings. The bulk of my experience has been in the high acuity setting of Emergency Psychiatry. I have a passion for empathic care that seeks to understand and help those dealing with not just mental illness, but the stress of life in general. I treat individuals of all ages and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety. I am also particularly passionate about providing care for psychotic and psychosis related disorders, as well as working with sexual identity and gender identity concerns.

Brian Howard is a board certified advanced practice psychiatric nurse practitioner whose primary focus is mental health care of clients to promote optimal living within their environment. He received his post-masters as a psychiatric nurse practitioner from Washburn University, his master's in nursing and family nurse practitioner from Eastern Kentucky University, and bachelor's in nursing from McKendree College. He has worked in private practice, emergency medicine, and public health.

Dr. Arballo is board-certified psychiatrist who completed medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He received residency training at University of Texas Health - San Antonio where in addition to clinical training was appointed resident chair of the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Committee.

My name is Suban Warsame. I graduated with my Master’s in Nursing with the specialty of Psychiatry and Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University. I have a passion for mental health and love working with individuals from all age groups. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD. I am passionate about women’s mental health especially post postpartum depression.

As a nurse practitioner with many years experience, I strive to provide collaborative care between my client and myself. I focus on listening to my clients and providing supportive care and empathy as well as quality medication management in an effort to help them set realistic goals, understand themselves, and to reach their full mental health potential. I have been a nurse in every level from LPN to MSN to Post Master MSN. I have a very broad educational base and have had experiences in nursing education, hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics as well as several years of telehealth services.

I started my career in health care as a Medic in the United States Army. After serving and honorably discharged, I pursued my education as a nurse first obtaining my Associates Degree as a Registered Nurse and then my Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. I worked on Psychiatric and Acute Care units in the hospital setting for 6 years. Throughout that time, I obtained a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner followed by a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing Degree as a Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

I care about my patients and listen to his or her needs to come up with the best individualized treatment plan. I diagnose and treat all mental health conditions with appropriate medications as needed. I do this in a holistic manner, meaning I treat the patient as a whole rather than a sum of his or her parts. I will run appropriate bloodwork as well as treat mental health conditions in the context of any chronic illness the patient may be suffering. I am here to help.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

Dr. Joseph Fondriest completed his psychiatry residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General / Summa Health where he served as chief resident and psychiatry representative for resident staff council. He received his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University, and his bachelor's degree and computer science minor from Miami University. He specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, and personality disorders. He places a heavy emphasis on listening closely to patients. He utilizes a team-based approach to mental healthcare, working alongside patients and their therapists.
