I offer flat rates for services, often lower than co-pays required by commercial plans. Initial Intake: $200/60-90 min. Follow up appts: $75/30 min. I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance to utilize your out of network benefits. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds for their visits.
