I am a board-certified family psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have verifiable experience in treating variety of psychiatric disorders such as; mood disorders including resistant depression, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, stress and sleep related disorders.

In my practice, I specialize in helping individuals manage conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD through medication management and brief supportive therapy. I also provide support for personal challenges related to relationships, self-esteem, and sexual health. Having had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including my LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, I've gained valuable insights and approaches. This varied experience helps me deeply connect with each person I work with, ensuring our journey together is both healing and empowering.

In addition to psychopharmacology, he also practices CBT and existential therapy. He is the Medical Director of ED-180 Eating Disorder Treatment Programs which provides custom intensive treatment programs for patients in the Long Island/NYC area. He is also an author, a lecturer and the founder and host of the annual Long Island Conference on Eating Disorders. He oversees a full staff of therapists and clinicians at his offices.

I am a Columbia University-trained, Board-Certified psychiatrist and researcher. I help people with a wide variety of psychological problems including addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, OCD, and PTSD.
