I am a board-certified psychiatrist who completed training at the NYU School of Medicine and at the University of Oxford. I recognize that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I strive to make that first step feel safe and supported. Mental health is shaped by a wide range of factors—including current stressors, past experiences, identity, and cultural background—and my approach honors all of these layers. My treatment style is collaborative, empathic, and evidence-based. I offer both medication management and psychotherapy, with a focus on understanding each person’s unique goals and experiences.
I work especially well with individuals navigating depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, gender and sexuality concerns, and the intersection of leadership, burnout, and resilience. I also have specialized training in sex therapy and work with LGBTQ+ individuals in a warm and affirming space.
Whether you're feeling stuck in symptoms that haven’t responded to previous treatment, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I tailor care to meet your unique needs—with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, connected, and well.
I offer complimentary phone consultations and see patients both in person and via telehealth.
