Dr. Issac is an experienced addiction and general psychiatrist with eight years of experience. He has helped many overcome their mental health challenges. Issac evaluates, diagnoses, and treats people based on their medical pathology, nutritional, and hormonal health. People suffering from addictions, or with other mental health challenges, such as anxiety, and depression, can recover with the correct diagnosis and treatment. Combining medications with psychotherapy, Dr. Issac considers various medical factors to treat his patients; he plans comprehensive treatments. Dr. Manfra is a board certified psychiatrist and therapist, and is clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Human Behavior at Brown University. As a clinical psychiatrist, he provides highly-individualized treatment for a variety of issues with therapy and medications in Fair Haven, New Jersey. He treats adolescents, adults and families both virtually and in-person. Dr. Manfra also provides expert witness forensic consultations for medical-legal purposes. He is licensed in New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

My goal is to democratize mental health treatment and ensure that all my clients are stabilized and assisted to return back to their prior baseline pre-illness.
