I am currently scheduling patients for both in-person (PA/NJ) and telehealth (PA/NJ/MA) appointments. I welcome patients who are looking for medication management, therapy, a second opinion, or any combination of the above. My interests include diagnostic clarification of mood/anxiety/attention disorders, evaluation of young adults who may be seeking help for the first time, and treatment of substance use disorders that often present with other common diagnoses.

My expertise lies in continuous care for those with chronic psychiatric conditions, especially those recently discharged from acute care settings. My goal is to ensure a smooth transition, providing the necessary follow-up monitoring to prevent relapse and promote sustained recovery. I also support individuals with substance use issues.

Dr. Emmanuel Anyanwu, DNP, APN-BC, PMHNP-BC is a Doctoral-Prepared and Board-Certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner providing a holistic and comprehensive mental health services to clients across all ages. I am registered in NJ and NY. If you are struggling with Depression and Anxiety, Bipolar and Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, ADHD, PTSD and Substance Use, Dr. Emmanuel is here to help. I have over 15 years clinical background in nursing and psychiatric mental health and substance use. At Sunrise Health, we work with our clients and their families to optimize patient outcomes and improve their quality of life.

ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and providing treatment for patients with substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, bipolar and related disorders, attention-deficit /hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder, and PTSD. Appointments available this week....I am a double board certified adult and addiction Psychiatrist licensed in New York and New Jersey. I am here to listen and support you towards better mental health. I spend time discussing your relationships, work, nutrition and physical health. I primarily provide medication management and incorporate psychotherapy into the appointments. My goal is to evoke positive change from within you. Call me for a free consult.

My client's issues may include academic issues, relationships, job stress, grieving, and alcohol/substance use. They would need help managing pronounced symptoms/episodes of difficulty with focus, attention, and staying organized; anxiety or depression; hyper-vigilance/arousal, poor/low frustration tolerance, and/or exhibit behaviors of avoidance; mood dysregulation; alcohol/substance withdrawal; or difficulty with sleep. Their overall goal would be to experience, at minimum, a significant reduction in frequency, intensity, and duration of pronounced symptoms, and perhaps with some of the symptoms, elimination of them.

Dr. Christopher Hannon is a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He obtained his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Louisville. His training covers mental health treatment across the lifespan including psychopharmacological management of psychiatric conditions and a host of therapeutic modalities. Areas of particular interest include trauma/PTSD, depression/anxiety, substance use disorders, as well as stigma around mental illness and in general.
