My residency training in Neuropsychiatry gives me expertise in providing neuroscience-informed treatment to individuals with OCD, ADHD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Anxiety. I prescribe medications judiciously, as I'm conscious of their side effect profiles. I find that treating prominent biological symptoms assertively often makes space for a deeper psychological growth. To this end, my therapeutic approach is relational, psychoanalytically-informed, and rooted in the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I specialize in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry, college student and young adult mental health, and mental health issues in LGBT+ and neurodivergent persons.
