I'm a Harvard trained board certified psychiatrist. I practice general adult psychiatry and specialize in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry, as well as mental health issues experienced by young adults, LGBT+ and neurodivergent persons, and highly stressed professionals including physicians. I help with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, ADHD, trauma, adjustment to life transitions, relationship issues, and clarifying one's values and goals. I use a combination of medications, lifestyle change recommendations and psychotherapy to alleviate symptoms and help my patients lead fulfilling lives.
Within reproductive psychiatry, I evaluate and treat PMDD, perimenopausal issues, mental health issues related to infertility and going through ART, reproductive trauma, and mental health conditions during pregnancy and postpartum period including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, trauma and ADHD.
