As a person, social coherence is our order of the day. With it brings a lot of challenges that affect every one of us. This is the calling that drew me to psychiatry, where I can navigate how to help individuals and families cope with their daily issues. As a professional with both psychiatric and clinical knowledge (Psychiatric Board-Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Master of Science in Nursing- FNP), I understand the mental strains in our lives. The good news is that I have specialized in depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder which I am happy to help with the healing journey for both individuals and families.

In my experience as a physician and psychiatrist all diseases, whether mental or physical, are a product of ancestral or generational trauma, which we have to resolve in this life. The symptoms and signs of disease tend to be entangled with our Unconscious Mind. I provide Meaning Centered therapy for those who need a limited number of sessions to deal with a specific issue. EMDR may be used if appropriate. Persons seeking Meaning Centered psychotherapy should: be open to dealing with problems in daily life rather than focusing on a diagnosis; not look for immediate relief or expect the outcome to be a smooth life; have a desire to think and explore their lives as well as question and be questioned; be able to question the status quo.
