I decided on a shift in my career path and began my medical training, earning a Master’s degree in nursing practice at the University of Arizona. After my clinical rotation in psychiatry, I knew I found my calling. I spent the first part of my nursing career working as an RN on the pediatrics unit at a level one psychiatric hospital and recently I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Psychiatric Mental Health.

I am here to support you as you go through your journey, face your challenges, identify patterns with you that keep you feel stuck so that you can be more free to be your best self.
