My intake appointments are 90 minutes long and my follow-ups are typically 30 minutes to ensure that you have enough time to fully express yourself, your needs, and your goals. To improve accessibility I offer early morning and evening availability both in-person and via telehealth. I want to get to know you, and your pets! I want to hear you, and you DESERVE to be heard and understood.
I focus on being compassionate, understanding and trauma informed. I believe in the benefits of medication while also incorporating alternative and complementary treatments, tailoring each patient's care to their unique needs. When addressing mental health, collaboration is key. Navigating the psychiatric world can be overwhelming; I am here to help!
