I have over 20 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner and have recently earned a post-master's degree as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Depression and anxiety are an epidemic in our world today and many are suffering. Substance abuse is also rampant in our society. I can offer a listening ear, evaluate your situation, and collaboratively we can come up with a treatment plan that may include medication, supplements, and lifestyle changes with food and exercise. All visits are done via telemedicine.

Our clinic treats ages 5 & up. Sessions are conducted virtually (using a HIPAA compliant platform). We understand that medication management is not the only solution. The lifestyle that precipitated the stress response in the first plans needs to change. In addition to psychotherapy and medication management, we place high regards for modalities such as weight management, medical management, exercise, and sleep hygiene to combat the body’s inflammatory response, which exacerbates mental illness. We aim to uses the lowest effective dose and help people to eventually not depend on medication.

I am board certified in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and I am committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive, evidence-based, and collaborative care to children, adolescents, and adults.
